Very quick shipping and good communication

Iqelectro helped me very good. They still have these part of the old alarm system available with saves me a 26.000,- euro for a new system. 🙏 The delivery by ups was a bit unsure becouse I am not always home. But I was lucky to meet the delivery men at my doorstep when I arrived at home late afternoon. The lady that called me for these inquiry was lovely. ❤️ she even told me these parts are still made and could be delivered. That is awesome for a old system like these. In short, I am very happy!

We had a hiccup width the delivery but once I called and the issue was discovered, a new unit was sent out right away. We received the unit, plugged it in and once our AC guy got the programming done for us, the controller works like a charm.
