Used Parts / Delayed shipment I was unaware the parts were used, you need to be more clear on that. Also, it took your team more than a week to ship the order. I needed this part for a downed machine so your delayed affected me. Tried reaching out via shopify chat, but no replay. The part worked, that is why I am giving 2 stars, hope my comments help you improve your processes.

Didn’t ship when promised. No communication

I paid for next day air before 10am and the product showed in stock ready to ship. When tracking product, it shows it will be delivered in 8 days. Can not get anyone to respond for a resolution.

The information I got was good and in a fairly quick manner. My biggest issue was that I sent my resale information and was told sales tax is not on the order. I was charged sales tax when the order was placed.
