I have not received my smoke detectors and still trying to work it out. So I have been promised twice additionally that my product is shipped. Still nothing and can’t even get a tracking number. Empty promises of shipping. Shameful, irreputable, fraudulent company.

Ordered the product as new with a 5-7 day delivery window. Waited for 10 days and after review of status it was “unfillable”. So I emailed and the product arrived 5 days later. It looked used with a black stain on the cord. Did not come in a new product package. It is working and no issues thus far.

Edit: The part was finally received. The explanation was that USPS lost my package and IQElectro sent another one out via overnight air. I'm bumping up from 1 star to 3 since they did (eventually) fix the issue, but communication should have been way better, and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth overall. Original Review: I ordered a part for my AC unit on 4/13. The website said the item was in stock and that shipping was typically 3-4 days. I ordered the part, and was contacted the same day and told the part that I ordered was in fact not in stock, but they would ship me a part with identical specs instead. I agreed and then heard nothing for 3 days. I reached back out to them (the 16th) and was told they were preparing the item for shipment. I asked for them to expedite it to make up for the delay. They did not. I asked when I could expect the part, and they replied the next day (the 17th) saying the part has been handed to the warehouse of the delivery company. I wasn't given a tracking number until the 20th, and upon checking, USPS said they were awaiting the item. I finally got a tracking number on the 24th, and my part should be here on the 27th. At this point, I'm expecting to receive a box with a brick in it.

Had the parts i needed the only issue is delivery is slow i was expecting it weeks before

waited over a week for my item. they said UPS lost it — not sure if true. i got it in the end but still had to wait.

item came 2 days late.

Got the item in open box but i paid full price for new. not what i expected.

i think shipping should be faster.
