I had an issue with a return and the customer service team was amazing and super helpful.

The suit I ordered was made correctly with the measurements that I gave them. I got it quickly. They followed up with me to make sure it was correct in sizing and if I was satisfied.

From the start of me placing my order with Jacket-Hub I felt like this was a respectable company as I called them prior to placing my order and they answered all my questions and made me feel safe ordering through them. When I received my order there was some stitching that was missing. This was a gift for my Granddaughter so I brought it into an Embroidery shop to fix the missing stitches. it was perfect. After I contacted Jacket Hub and explained my situation. They not only got back to me immediately and refunded the cost of the Embroidery but gave me additional % off the cost. The way a company takes care of their customers is critical and #1 way to know the standards of that company. I will continue to shop with Jacket-Hub. Excellent Job!

When I ordered my granddaughters hoodie, my account was charged twice. I called and had to show proof because it wasn't showing on their side. Once proof was submitted, they refunded within a couple days. Other than this, the hoodie is of good quality, comfortable, and my granddaughter loves it!!!

In purchasing the jacket initially, I admit I was a bit worried that I had fallen for a scam since I hadn't heard any updates or notices about my order for nearly a month, when I was informed of its shipping progress. 😅 However when I received the jacket, I was amazed at the quality and care put into the piece. Unfortunately the size I selected wasn't quite how I hoped it to be, but reaching out to customer service was so easy, clear, and quick. With each response I gave to help them adjust my order, they got back to me in less than 24 hours, often times less than an hour! They were so clear, timely, and helpful. I am excited to receive my new jacket as I know it will be just as great as the one I have already seen. 🥰
