We ordered and payed accidently 2 hoody’s, so we cancelled 1 and asked for refund. Harry from cs was helpfull at first, and told us he would forward our mail to the finance departement. After this, no refund and ignoring our other e- mails. The 1 hoody did come our way. B.Swart The Netherlands

Harry was great - he resolved my question and even took the initiative to call me so that we didn't have to keep trading emails.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Terrible experience with customer support and was treated very rudely when i tried to cancel a late order after a few vague replies being told to be patient and keep waiting with no real update. I have no faith i will get items as expected or even a refund. EDIT: Thank goodness for Paypal who with enough evidence was able to refund me for my order! Always use Paypal and document EVERYTHING!!
