purchased a jacket from jacket hub for grand daughter for her birthday all she wanted ordered xl fit more like a medium reoredered a 2xl i get it and it measures the same as xl cost 80 for the first one then 40 to replace so i have 120 in one jacket now they want pictures sent plenty pictures said they see no difference stevie wonder could see they are same. talked to someone he assured me that they would custom make one to fit her at no charge that is not happening so now they want more pictures & measurements been dealing with this company for 2 months i wish i would have read the reviews first. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JACKET HUB not worth the trouble and its going to cost alot of money more than its worth
