I ordered item on June 11, 2018 via the website which indicated that the item was in stock. I then recieved an e,mail to say the item was on backorder and would ship the first week of July. I needed the item the week that I ordered it, and had tyhe web site funtioned properly telling me the item was backordered I would not have ordered it. I will not be ordering anything more from Janel in the future.

I ordered replacement tips for my JBC NASE soldering station. Prices were better than most online retailers and shipping time was pretty fast. My only complaint is 3 of my tips are already damaged. Since Janel Online doesn't manufacture these I really can't blame them for the quality but I am a bit disappointed with my purchase. Overall though my experience with in their control was quite good..
