product is just what i wanted and expected. however, they are located in NJ. i am located in NJ. i expected the delivery with a week. i had to call regarding the order. apparently, they were on back order. i received no email with this information. but, i DID receive an email asking how they were doing BEFORE the items were shipped and received. very unprofessional.
