I received prompt service and a professional-looking resume which I am excited about using. However, my drafts also had multiple spelling errors that I had to correct; typos with letters inverted like "cleint" for "client" and so on. I was a bit surprised by that. All in all, though, I would recommend the company and I would hire them again. I would just recommend to anyone I know that they review materials very carefully, so they don't have to make too many corrections themselves.

Amber took the time to understand my skill set and how to communicate it for a roles I was seeking. She is excellent to work with.

After working for over 20 years, I needed to revamp and rebrand my resume and JMA connected me to Amber Pesce. I am very thankful for the service that Amber provided that included a resume and LinkedIn profile overhaul. Amber provided detailed questionnaires combined with an interview to extract my best qualities and attributes to be on a resume. Filling out the questionnaire required effort and diligence but Amber was patient and was able to craft a story in regards to my resume and LinkedIn profile that tells a clear story of my work experience and more importantly the new direction I want to take my career. Amber was very creative in her way of highlighting important achievements in my career that felt refined and polished and not overbearing and boastful. Finally, I feel very confident regarding my resume and LinkedIn profile and I feel proud that I can show my resume to anyone in any position and know it was created professionally and also reassured that business and organizational leaders will understand clearly how I can help their organization grow and continue to be successful.
