Really great course. It’s rocket science, but at the same time, many of us don’t do this well and continue to struggle. Definitely worth the investment.

My coach was incredibly patient with me, and knew exactly when to listen or engage. She pushed when I needed to be pushed, and changed things up when they weren't working for me. Though coaching isn't therapy, our sessions often felt like that - in a positive way. Our work helped me to realize my values and what is truly important to me, not what I think should be important. I removed one star as many of the support materials/homework were outdated.

Good experience exploring individual behaviors

I had the privilege of attending the Accountability Mirror and MindMastery workshops a week ago, and I am thrilled to report that the experience was nothing short of exhilarating! Initially, I approached the two day workshop with an optimistic, open mind and was able to fully immerse myself with the content that Jody brought to the table. She's incredible. I quickly learned tools that I could practice immediately (and uncovered more work to do). The work that Jody does facilitates a deep, introspective examination. I'm already uncovering the blind spots I need to work on! I learned from these workshops that there is some profound influence on my behavior based on emotions and thoughts that I can work to train my brain to work more efficiently and in turn help me to "Lead Lightly". I'm excited that I initiated this journey towards heightened self-awareness. This experience has sparked an exhilarating anticipation for the path ahead as I endeavor to evolve into a more insightful and improved version of myself on my journey as a leader. I have to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Jody and team for orchestrating such a pivotal and enriching experience. I am eagerly looking forward to embarking on this executive coaching journey, armed with newfound insights and a fervent desire for personal and professional growth.
