The image on my screen represents a 14k gold finish. Unfortunately, the item received does not pair well with my 14k gold. Was looking for a layered look. Also, it does not sit flat around the neck impairing the visual diamond effect hoped for. Sent it back.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter in law for her first mothers day. They were beautiful, however the description said clip earring, and it is a stud. She is not able to wear studs due to an ear injury.

Hello Trisha! The product description should have specified that it was a post earring with an Omega clip, and was mistyped in error stating it was solely a clip earring. We apologize for the misunderstanding. We would like to offer you an exchange on these earrings to make the situation right. Our customer support line number is 1-800-491-2944. Give us a call if this solution works for you. Let us know if you have any additional questions. - John Medeiros Jewelry Collections

Although the person on the phone in CS was efficient, I felt as though I was bothering her. She took my info., but I felt she could care less about the problem I had.

The flip flop bracelet I purchased is great, exactly what I expected. However, I called the customer service line as the bracelet is a gift and I wanted to be sure it could be returned if necessary. I called 2 days ago, on 9/12, had to leave a message with my information, still waiting for a call back.

The setting is attractive, the weight is good, the CZ is somewhat small & very disappointing with the color & lack of “fire”. Questionable as to if I’ll order additional pieces. Customer Service was wonderful.

Last purchase went well. But when wanting to do a second & pay with a gift card as well as my debit card... I have had to write customer service (twice) & still no response
