Horrible! I ordered and I never received my order. I called the service center and they said I never placed an order but they sure did charge me! Whomever see this, do not buy! It’s a scam

I was unable to make the phone call at the scheduled time due to travel delays. They were kind enough to squeeze me in as soon as possible, with in 30 minutes, with no prior notice. They were great. Very quick.

Placed order on 7/6, prescription approved that same day. It’s now 7/16. I have reached out to customer service a couple times. Heard from them once, saying my status on shows the order “placed” and that was on 7/13. They said that they were going to escalate it with the pharmacy….. I still haven’t heard anything back after reaching out to them again. The cost of the three month supply has been deducted from my bank account and I still don’t have my product. Most people online save their product ships within a couple days and that is not the case here. I’m hoping that someone sees this message and will look into my order further as I would really like to see what this GLP1 does.

I sincerely apologize for the significant delay and the frustration this has caused. It's completely understandable that you're concerned about not having received your product, especially after the payment has been processed and you've reached out multiple times. We are actively looking into this to understand why your order is taking longer than expected and to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible.
