Ordering seems to be easy however I started the process almost two weeks ago and still don’t have my meds. I’ve tried to send a message and have not heard back. Communication with them is not as easy as other companies I’ve used.

I signed up, paid for a three month supply and have not received the medication. It has been 10 days. I tried calling and had to leave a msg, no reply. I have tried msg via the portal and I got a one reply, then radio silence. I am considering calling my credit card to cancel the payment. Very disappointed.

I am on shot number 2 . So my second week of starting the treatment . I have lost maybe 3 1/2 pounds but still hopeful . I still feel the need for stronger appetite control but so far so good .
