I’m very pleased with everyone in the company and the responsive way they take their job. My biggest problem is the site itself I have so much trouble with. Every time I try to do anything ..order new refill, etc. I seem to have issues. Oh..and I was charged the old price for my meds even tho the new pricing is supposedly in effect.

I joined Fridays the beginning of this month, I believe and have just ordered my first doses of Tirzepatide. My review is related to the Customer Service. I dislike that I can’t have a set date to have my monthly payment withdrawn. One rep said they could withdraw on the first then another rep said it’s not possible

I signed up under the new all inclusive plan, it was less expensive and it only took a few minutes, under 3 for sure. I got notice the prescription was ordered within 10 minutes, and the medication arrived in 2 day!!! So thrilled.
