Fridays is so easy to use and straightforward. The sign-up process was simple and took a couple of minutes. Scheduling appointments is effortless and my provider is great to work with. The current patient portal is easy to navigate and all of my info is readily accessible.

I didn’t know that when I signed up with Fridays that I would also be dealing with other organizations such as OpenLoop, Red Rock pharmacy, Quest etc. it’s important to provide a document explaining all of these systems and EXACTLY how to communicate with each system and what exactly what personal information goes to each of these systems. It’s frustrating and difficult to effectively work with organizations/systems without CLEAR communication from Fridays-the program/system I signed up to participate in. I HOPE I will get a better understanding of how to work and manage the systems! Also a list of what goes where and to who as documents are requested. I have my bloodwork somewhere floating around in one of these different companies/systems. Frustrated customer!

My first was 4/25 and I had Dr. Jansen. He was nothing short of phenomenal. The thing that made me most happy was the fact that he is also practicing functional medicine and well versed in homeopathic/holistic remedies rather than just tossing pharmaceuticals at you. He takes his time and really listens to you and is very thorough. The entire Fridays platform itself is nothing short of amazing and I'm so glad to have found it. EXCELLENT customer service and big shout out to Sina who always works very diligently to ensure everyone is satisfied with their experience and if there is an issue, he will make things right with haste.
