Horrible experience. You might as well be googling your symptoms. MIDI clinic does not care. They will not get back to you. They will not help you in any way. I have sent them countless follow up messages and zero response in over a week. Awful company and service.

It was very quick and easy to schedule my appointment. Which was less than a week from when I scheduled! What I really liked was the fact that they took my insurance. It was just very nice to finally feel heard and feel like a doctor actually listened to me! I had been told by one of my doctors that "I was too young, it's a woman thing. It's in your head" and she referred me to therapy. I KNOW MY BODY! something was off! I know it takes a few weeks for everything to kick in, but only a week in, I can already tell a difference! I'm so happy I went with my gut, and reached out to find something that would work for me! I'm so excited to see what the next couple months start to look like! I am very hopeful. I would definitely recommend Midi!

I was able to get an appointment quickly and that was amazing!!! Very nice and knowledgeable provider who is local to my area! That is helpful!! I still have a lot of questions so that's why I'm rating a 4 instead of a 5. Our next appt is already set and I'm getting my bloodwork done this week and starting HRT after bloodwork which I believe is the right choice for my situation. Hoping to get my questions answered at next appointment.

I felt listened to and the answers to my questions were thoughtful and reassuring. Asking follow up questions via the app was also easy.

When I registered, they scheduled my appointment for the very next day, which was amazing because I was so tired of trying to get help. I had already seen three doctors where I live, and the last one, a gynecologist, told me she was not a hormone therapy specialist. She prescribed hormones but said she couldn’t provide follow-up care, and even referred me to another doctor who isn’t covered by my insurance. The progesterone pills she prescribed contained peanuts and soy, which I’m allergic to. I also checked the reviews of the doctor she referred me to, and they weren’t great. So I decided to give Medi a try after seeing so many positive reviews, and they truly exceeded my expectations. In short,excellent experience! Practitioner Angela Lis was amazing! She truly listened to me and didn't judge me, which made all the difference. It's rare to find healthcare professionals who are so caring and understanding. The consultation was very smooth and productive. Highly recommend! When we find a professional who understands that we don't have to settle for a life of symptoms after menopause, it makes a huge difference! There's life after menopause, and the right support can change everything!

I was at my wits end with getting help with menopause and all that comes with it . A lot of research later I stumbled across MIDI . I am so happy to report that I am being treated completely now and have even been able to get my doctor on board. I feel more normal now than I have in a very long time. I wish more women took control of their own health and well being and that and that doctors took time to listen. If not. Midi is where you need to start!

I really got along well with Noelle right of the bat. I felt understood and that my concerns were valid. After many many years of doctors not really giving me any advice or answers it was refreshing to get a plan and meds that can actually help the problem. It was a nice conversation and I look forward to the next time.

My provider is really great and I feel like I’m getting very personalized care. Much better than going to an office and waiting and then being rushed. Each of my appointments start right on time and my provider takes the time to listen to me.
