My doc was thorough and actually listened to me. Hopefully this works as I just started the program

The initial visit was great. The Doctor was very thorough, and we communicated often through the portal. Then before i could get my prescriptions. She stopped responding to my questions. How can a Doctor ghost you and how can Midi let it happen?

My provider was nice and listened to me... HOWEVER... I have tried FOUR times to get ahold of her (different days) with a medical question and have been unsuccessful. I googled an "answer" to my concern and hoping for the best. I will still use their services, but this was disheartening.
