My appointment was seamless. From the easy, online booking process to picking up my prescriptions at my local pharmacy, the entire process was incredibly efficient. My provider is exceptionally knowledgeable, which was reassuring. I felt heard, which is why I'm confident I made the right choice with Midi.

MIDI telemedicine was so convenient and comfortable. The clinician took time to find out what I was dealing with and what my concerns were. She was patient and did not rush through the appointment. And she provided information and suggestions that I was not able to get from a in-person gynecologist.

“I scheduled a telehealth appointment with Midi Health on September 3rd after being told the service was covered by my insurance because it was ‘in network.’ I later received a bill for $168 (my portion of a $250 charge). The appointment lasted only about 15 minutes with a nurse practitioner and did not offer anything unique or helpful beyond what a primary care provider could provide. The lack of transparency around billing and insurance coverage feels misleading. I would caution others to double-check insurance details carefully and be prepared for unexpected costs before booking with Midi Health.” I am adding additional details at Midi Health request. This was a very short telehealth visit that took place on Wed at 10am Sept 3, 2025. The NP stated that they did not need to do any lab work because I did not have any symptoms. I was requesting a Dexascan because I have not had one done in the past just to have a baseline on bone density. When I went to get the Dexascan it was $500 so opted to wait on that expense. Thank goodness I waited bc the copay for this 15 min “visit” was $168 (which is almost the entire $250 charge) I called the customer service number to ask why the copay was so high and the woman I spoke with was rude and defensive and ultimately hung up on me. I am surprised Midi Health is still in business with these unprofessional practices and employees. MidiHealth has been truly life-changing for me. My provider always makes me feel seen, heard, and genuinely valued, something I’ve never experienced with healthcare before. The level of care and compassion here is unmatched. I find myself recommending MidiHealth to everyone I know for their menopausal, post-menopausal, and perimenopausal needs. They don’t just treat symptoms; they empower and support you every step of the way.

I had an excellent experience during my recent Midi Health visit with Erin. She demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, patience, and care throughout the appointment. Erin took the time to listen attentively, provided clear and thorough explanations, and ensured that I felt both comfortable and well-informed. Her thoughtful approach and commitment to quality care are greatly appreciated, and I would highly recommend her services.

I chose Midi because their website advertised that they review bloodwork, offer holistic options, and provide testosterone therapy. My labs clearly showed that my testosterone was low, so I was hopeful they could help me. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Before my first appointment, I tried to send in my labs but never received a response to my email. That meant I had to explain my results during the call, which wasted time. I was then asked to book a second call so they could actually review my labs — which resulted in another charge. This should have been avoided if my labs had been accepted ahead of time. I was never prescribed testosterone, the one treatment my labs clearly showed I needed. I was told someone would call me to order it, but no one ever did. When I followed up, I was informed I would need to book yet another (third) appointment. That would have left me with a $550 bill just to receive a tube of testosterone. As it stands, I have already spent $400 and still have no treatment. Instead, I was prescribed estrogen patches — even though my estrogen levels were already normal and I have a history of fibroid surgeries, which excess estrogen can worsen. The only progesterone option offered was 100mg, even though I explained multiple times that I had tried that dose before and it left me so exhausted I couldn’t function. There was no flexibility in dosing, no personalization, and no safe plan for my situation. I would have been open to trying a small amount of estrogen if a small amount of testosterone was offered, but since it wasn’t, I was left afraid that taking estrogen without progesterone would cause my fibroids to grow. When I asked about holistic support, the only recommendation I received was a multivitamin. This was very discouraging, since there are many well-known holistic remedies available — including DIM and EstroVite for excess estrogen, Black Cohosh for night sweats and hot flashes, fiber and liver support to help flush estrogen, DHEA for low testosterone, iron for anemia caused by fibroid-related bleeding, and Methyl-SP or Metacrin-DX for methylation support. None of these were discussed or offered to me, despite Midi’s advertising. To make matters worse, the cell reception during both of my calls was poor, forcing me to take them outside where my neighbors could overhear personal health information. I never spoke with a doctor — only with a nurse practitioner. In the end, I was left with prescriptions that didn’t match my lab results, no holistic guidance, no testosterone (the one treatment I needed), and a $400 bill. My experience felt cookie-cutter, not individualized, and not reflective of what was advertised. This company seems more focused on billing for multiple appointments than actually helping women in perimenopause. I cannot recommend Midi.
