I’ve been so impressed by MIDI! I was hesitant because sometimes you reach out and answer assessment questions with some digital virtual providers, but they never contact you or it’s too good to be true. With midi, I was able to get contacted immediately set up with an appointment insurance was taken care of the platform was easy to use, user-friendly. The nurse practitioner took her time our first visit to gather all of my information and my history listened to my concerns and was able to get my prescriptions sent immediately to my pharmacy. I am so grateful to have this provider. She got me set up with a different provider to manage testosterone levels. The portal is super user-friendly, they got in touch with me immediately there was no back-and-forth and they were able to get me in with an additional appointment. I communicated a couple times in the portal via messages and someone responded to me within 24 hours. I have been so so happy! And referring all of my friends.

So glad I chose Midi Health! I was 100% pleased with my visit. Clinician was knowledgeable and listened! I was initially a little concerned that a virtual doctor visit might be lacking, but it was thorough and actually better than most in person visits I've had. Not to mention the convenience of the virtual visit.

I initially started with NP Brenda K. for HRT. Finally, after being dismissed by my OBGYN, I felt HEARD. She prescribed progesterone and estradiol. Started to feel better, but then my weight was creeping up. Had a consult for tirzepatide. The connection with the compounding pharmacy was difficult, but finally got my shipment yesterday. Really looking forward to what comes next.

Very convenient and medications was immediately sent in same hour. My Dr. addressed all my issues and also got me set up for some other testing I wanted done.
