I reached out on two occasions with questions before I felt comfortable signing up. Both times, first Gary then Anna, they were thorough and very helpful. Between the stellar customer service and high-quality products, I'm very confident I will continue to be pleased with Polly.

I had tried another online service before going to Polly and was so disappointed with that other one. No weight loss and the support was terrible. I'm almost to my goal weight and every time I contact Polly I get quick responses from both the customer service and doctors! The deliver of the product is always prompt and they were great when I requested a change in the delivery due to a trip I was about to take.

Piper/Polly has helped me in this incredible journey i’ve been able to lose the extra weight i haven’t been able to lose on my own in years! I have lost 46 pounds in 7months and achieved my weight goal. Doctors and Customer services are top notch, all my questions and worries have always been answered. Shipping is on point always received my injections 3days on the dot after approval. I totall recommend as I’ve already been recommending to my entourage willing to start the journey.

I have had a good experience with Joinpolly this far. The price is fair and the prescription came really fast after ordered. However, I feel that the compound on the semaglutide may not be balanced, as I haven’t lost as much weight as I have formerly on the same medication and don’t feel that the hunger for food is suppressed as much as it was previously. Customer service is good and responds quickly as well.

10/10..The sign up process is super simple. You fill out the questionnaire and then have a quick phone call with the doctor and you’re all set up. This is actually my 2nd time using Polly. I had to contact customer service to restart my treatment. They responded within minutes. My order was delivered in 2 days via UPS. If you’re looking to start your weight loss journey I would recommend Polly 100%.
