Starting weight was 317. I am an active dude who loves food. I am down 35 pounds and still loosing. The entire process has been so easy. Customer service is always in point with quick responses. I do not worry about anything. They take care of everything so I can focus on me and my family. Cheryl was amazing at answering my questions to make me feel updated with everything.

the communication is extremely good form both the general assistance as well as from the doctor, I have had excellent advice and follow up on a variety of questions including dosage as well as compound elements and the fact that the doctor monitors any dosage changes - from compound to dose level is great. I am impressed with the communication level and interest - i had concerns regarding a pharmacy and they provided immediate follow up even bringing in a senior representative to help with the follow up. I recommend this company for its customer service and understanding and willingness to follow up and assist at all levels
