At first it was a little frustrating to figure out how to restart my prescription because the website does not make it user friendly to do it. Your customer service was the saving grace. They were so great and always got to me promptly!

Just placed my third order from Join Polly. (First order was when it was Join Piper). Fran was very quick to respond to my messages. I have to say that Join Polly is an improvement from Join Piper. I'm not sure what happened when the name changed but it was a good thing.
