You can trust the quality of care and help throughout your process from start to finish. Of course most importantly in their products. With so many different options out there now a days its hard to know who to choose or even trust for that matter. This is your health and we all want the best. This is why I will always over and over choose polly .

I had a question that needed a fairly quick response and Fran got back to me in a very timely manner. She was extremely helpful and kind. Not only did she fix my issue but she congratulated me on me hitting my weight loss goal! Thank you!!

James was able to guide me to another section to enter my shots due to it being missing from the homepage.

I had originally postponed my next shipment because I thought I could do this on my own after 6 months. I was terribly mistaken. Faith, the person I messaged with, helped me place an order and ship to another address that I was at. She was fantastic! JoinPolly has been a great site to help me on my journey.

I started with another company originally and prices continually increased. I joined Polly in March 2026 and they have been awesome to work with. I just reached my goal of 70 lbs lost. Medications always shipped on time, providers accessible when needed. Customer Service responds timely with any issues and best of all pricing did not change. Referred my sister and she has lost 50 lbs. so far. I will continue to recommend this company to anyone interested in starting a GLP 1 medication.
