The subscription did not provide enough variety of products. I have a surplus of soaps, washes and wipes. The device itself is great. I wish they offered regular hygiene wipes, supplements and vaginally creme. Additionally, a skin oil that was hypoallergenic and not eccential oil scented.

I only received half of my order. These are fairly expensive and I only got package 2 of 2. I have no ide where package 1of 2 went. I had ordered two sets. One set for my daughter in law who is a new nursing mom.

I am using the 2nd set today. It is helping to reduce the heat under my boobs. I am a runner and in this heat its so hard to cool down but having my chest cooler is actually helping.

I like the product, and purchasing and shipping went smoothly. The problem I have is with app plus upgrade. I'm having issues setting the app up. It is hanging up on scanning the QR code and it won't bypass that step therefore I cannot use the app to operate the vfit gold. This upgrade cost $100 so I hope it is resolved soon. I have contacted customer service, but no reply yet.
