I am very pleased now, to give 5 stars. There were some issues in relation to contacting Issviva but I am glad to say, this is now sorted. I find using the device very easy, after one use things started to feel better. I have now used it 5 times and for me, it’s life saving! Yes, it’s a lot of money and a risky investment should it not but I can honestly say, if you can, get it and hopefully it will work for you.

I'm 20 years into menopause (I had it in my 30's) and about 3 years ago sex became very painful. I can't use anything with hormones due to other health issues and lube helped but only a little This device is excellent! I cannot fault the results in any way. I can't comment on tightness or incontinence as I've never had either but I have my sex life back. It seems expensive but what price pain free sex? Most of us would spend that in a month or two on clothes, cosmetics etc.

I’m well past menopause age, and have major problems with incontinence. I’m under the care of a gynaecologist. I’ve medication which helps… waking in the morning, on standing I would leak at least 200ml of urine. Needing 5/6 pairs of incontinence pants a day. Botox injections to my pelvic area was the next recommendation. I wasn’t keen on this idea. I have tried pelvic floor devices before which hadn’t helped. So purchased the Issviva, with its red light therapy. it seemed expensive, but worth a try. Within 3 days use, my incontinence problem was vastly improved. Getting out of bed, the tiniest trickle of urine at most. This has continued. Getting up out of a chair , no leakage of urine. Then after 4 weeks the devise stopped working. I tried resetting but this didn’t work. I contacted customer service and they got to me within 24hrs. I tried different solutions but none worked. So I was offered a full refund or a new Issviva devise. I went for the new device. It works for me. It has improved my life so much.

The product is too big and hard even using the gel it was too painful to insert a complete waste of money and no refunds

Probably good at the start of menopause but certainly not good if you have vagina atrophy. After the second use it became so painful even with the gel used liberally. They will not refund after use so I would recommend speaking to your GP first. I wish I had.

The customer service for this company is non existent. To be tied into a six month contract with compulsory add on supplements which doubles the cost is unreasonable. I have opened the device but not used it, which means I can’t return. The supplements which I don’t need have not arrived despite being charged for them. The complete experience has been extremely disappointing. On top of the costs it is impossible to speak to anyone from the company as there is no telephone number.

Frustrating experience and poor customer service. I purchased this a week ago, never opened it, and simply wanted to switch from the confusing subscription (which charges double) to the basic starter kit. I reached out immediately, ready to pay, but customer service was completely unhelpful and unwilling to make the change. For something that should have been simple and reasonable, it turned into a frustrating mess. Definitely not a customer-friendly experience.
