John Walker started Johnnie Walker RVs in Las Vegas with the help of his father in 1963. In business, he focused on one key philosophy: outstanding customer service. He firmly believed that a customer raving about an excellent RV Sales experience or RV Service experience to his or her family and friends, was better than any marketing dollar one could ever spend. The wheels began to turn, fifty years passed, two more generations sprouted out of the Walker family (soon to be three!), and today Johnnie Walker RVs stands as Nevada’s biggest and oldest RV Dealer. Currently, Johnnie Walker RV offers three locations in Las Vegas, with a huge selection of name brand inventory from travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorhomes, to toy haulers. Like that of our founder, our mission here at Johnnie Walker RV is to provide the absolute best RV Sales and RV Service experience possible to our customers.

Very good company. No pressure sales and everyone was really friendly and liked my dog. Will definitely be buying from here when we are ready to move forward.

We purchased a brand new travel trailer. Our purchasing experience was 5 stars. However, when it comes to service, there are serious issues. "We are very busy" is not an excuse to tell a customer. Customer is very busy too! You asked us to leave our trailer for 3 weeks. At the end of the 3 weeks, we were told that you just ordered the parts from the manufacturer. Why wouldn't you order the parts during the first week the trailer was in your shop? I am not blaming the service manager or the technician working on it. It is the CEO or the President's job to fix these issues. If you are too busy and can't service what you are selling, maybe, you should stop selling that many units!

Hello Tug, Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and I apologize that you are dissatisfied. We are trying to get our customers turned around and back on the road as fast we can. Unfortunately, when we are dealing with issues that are covered under the Manufacturer’s warranty, we must abide by the Manufacturer’s guidelines and processes to get warranty items approved and completed. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this matter further, I would be happy to do so, please give me a call at 702.436.2495. All the best, Ray Arbesu

My buying experience was great with Steve V. But when it comes to service they are awful. We bought our RV in July 2020. It stays at their yard for now. We have told them many times about warranty items to fix. None have been fixed. Brian and Brads excuses are where really busy or we can’t get the parts. Over a month ago we told them we were moving out of state. We were assured that it would all be done. Went there today and nothing had been done. Same excuse. I would not recommend their service department. Now we’re told they will contact Winnebago in Alabama to fix it. Ridiculous. I am so mad. Don’t go there for any kind of service.#Winnebago #johnniewalkerrv.

Hi there Cindy, thank you for taking the time to write us your concerns. I understand you brought your RV in, and our service team said that we would try to squeeze you in if possible. Unfortunately, we are extremely busy and there are no signs of it getting slower. However, seeing as you are leaving town, I am diligently working on it and trying to have this done by Wednesday. Please give us a call so we can further discuss this at 702.458.2092. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind Regards, Brad Stevens

I AM ASKING THE FEDERAL COURT IN RENO NEVADA TO COURT ORDER CDC TO INVESTIGATE JOHNNIE WALKER RV AND FARMERS INSURANCE FOR POISONING THE DISABLED. I AM ALSO GOING TO ASK THE FEDERAL COURT IF THEY WILL TAKE MY DISCRIMINATION AND UDAAP CASE AGAINST JOHNNIE WALKER RV. NOW, JOHNNIE WALKER RV HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO TAKE ME TO COURT AND FAILS TO DO SO BECAUSE THEY ARE GUILTY OF POISONING THE DISABLED.

Seems like decent fellows all good here

HORRIBLE! They are an authorized Jayco dealer for motorhomes but refuse to do warranty work on our brand new Jayco. WHY? Because we didn't buy it from them! We gave them last look to provide a reasonable price before we bought it elsewhere and they would not go within a reasonable range of the price elsewhere. We bought our motorhome for well over $40k less than they had theirs listed. Now they are refusing to do warranty work and are an authorized dealer for Jayco. Bullies that try to threaten you into buying from them! Look elsewhere people -- you can get a MUCH BETTER deal! I'd give zero stars if I could. #jwrv Shame! #happycamperhunt NOT!

Hi Janet, thank you for taking the time to write us about your experience. We are sorry to hear that your Jayco is in need of warranty work. The RV industry nationally is having a challenge keeping up with the demand for RV service work. More than half our staff is dedicated to customer service, and we are booked out several months servicing customer who did make their purchase from us - understandingly, they are our first priority. Fortunately, there are several other service facilities locally if you need to get your repairs done in a more timely manner. Our goal is to be able to provide the best value to all customers who visit our dealership, and we are very competitive with other dealers in regards to our pricing. Our goal is to provide excellent service to our customers and sometimes this means we are unable to satisfy everyone. Thank you for expressing your concerns. Please feel free to call us: 702-436-2495 Thank you, Darcy and JWRV Team

We have been Johnnie Walker RV customers for for greater than 12 years. In fact, we have only purchased our RV's from Johnnie Walker's; upgrading with each purchase. A large part of our confidence in the company has always been their service department ... until now. We have always used JW's for all of our scheduled maintenance as well as repairs and upgrades that have been needed. I said until now because of the amount of time it takes to get your RV in for repairs. I recently called to get an appointment for a needed repair and some preventative maintenance before this years hunting season. I was offered appointment dates ranging from 4 to 6 weeks out. I asked why so long considering this is not what I've been accustomed to over the years. They said that they are selling so many new units that their priority is getting those units prepped and out to their new customers. They also said this problem was compounded by the lack of qualified or experienced service technicians which they were trying to recruit or train. I called the manager, Ron, to express my frustration and asked why my loyalty wasn't being reciprocated or appreciated. Ron listened intently and added that even the manufactures were having difficulty with the increased demand for units and that their quality was suffering which required even more work from his overwhelmed maintenance staff. He took my information and assured me that he would get back with me ... that was over a week ago and nothing. So even tough its now time to replace our current toy hauler, my confidence in the product JW's is receiving and their inability to maintain their loyal base of customers will have me searching elsewhere. A relationship of over 12 years will end because they obviously have forgotten what got them successful.
