Exemplary customer service.....the right way
I recently used some Amazon gift cards to purchase some K&F Concept mounts for my DJI Pocket 3, they are, the 9.8" magic arm with clamp, Carrying Case for DJI Pocket 3, and a Magnetic mount with ball head and integrated phone clamp. All products have a quality feel to them. Unfortunately, the bottom threaded screw hole on the Magnetic Camera Mount (KF31.156) broke so I reached out to the company for product support. I got in contact with the team and told them what happened, sent over some photos and even gave some input to strengthen that bottom screw hole to make it stronger since the magnetic plate is super strong. They are sending me a replacement which is a huge plus for me as some companies won't do that. Other companies would rather you just purchase another unit of what broke but not K&F Concept. Thank you so much Rhian for your assistance and I can't wait to get the new part in my hands soon.
