I got a K&F 2 pack batteries with type C charger on Amazon. One of those batteries cannot hold charges after six months of normal usage. I contacted their customer support and they are able to resolve the issue for me within a week.

I had ordered several items from their Amazon store, and instead of a tripod, I received a Bosch wiper blade. I contacted their customer service, and they immediately sent me the correct product. It turned out the mistake came from Amazon’s logistics, not from the seller. They were very responsive and understanding. Great products and excellent customer service — I definitely recommend them!

However, we are delighted that our team could resolve this for you promptly by sending the correct tripod immediately. We truly appreciate your understanding in recognizing that the issue was not on our end. Handling issues fairly and responsively is at the core of our customer service, and we're thrilled to have met your expectations. Would be 5 except for customer service which is extraordinary difficult to engage in a meaningful way. Update 081025 - managed to engage via an alternative channel. There had been some technical issues. Was able to purchase the specific items I wanted with a welcome discount as well! Faith restored! Excellent products.
