The jersey I wanted was in stock in my size, ordering online was very simple and shipping was quite quick. When I had a question about the order, they were available within the hour to answer and went above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you!

The seller was accommodating in assisting me with finding the correct size after I purchased the wrong size initially...which was difficult to navigate on the website when searching for kids sizes in the jersey we desired. I truly appreciate the service that was provided. The quality of the jersey is fantastic and my son loves them!

I bought a Bayern jersey for my kid's birthday and made some clerical errors in the transaction that could have turned the whole thing into a fiasco but Brian and the folks at kickoffshopper responded to every inquiry from me with amazing quickness and worked with me and kept telling me it's gonna turn out OK and by god it turned out great! I'm gonna buy more jerseys and I know where I'm gonna buy 'em from! Thanks a ton! Dave, DC

UPDATED AFTER REFUND Made the error of thinking they were authentic because of the price being same as authentic jerseys. Realised they were replicas once the were being shipped from China. My mistake. The refund process involved me shipping the shirts to the US which would have been illegal. After much back and forth and a negative review, the seller agreed to refund my money but didn't refund the import tax and local delivery cost I had to pay when they arrived Dubai. I also lost a few dollars to exchange rate difference. The seller asked I donate the shirts to whoever needs them as they are of no use to me. Happy to have gotten some money back and I'll ensure to read all details in the future. Some details are not made obvious for a reason.

Hi Foghor, We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you want to keep the jerseys as well as your money then it's not ethical. Please send the jerseys back and share the receipt and we'll refund you within one minute. Regards, Kickoffshopper

I bought a shirt for my Dad as a Father’s Day gift and it was too small. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and offered a solution. I paid an international shipping fee and they promptly sent a replacement in the next size up and let me keep the original. Amazing service, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
