I tried to make a payment using PayPal and staff basically blew me off when I complained that it was not an option presented to me at payment time as I was purchasing a pre-order for Halloween. It was desirable to pay over six months.

I ordered at the beginning of August and still have yet to received my items. I personally sent out an email regarding my items. I feel like I wouldn’t have gotten an update if I had not reached out.

When I've emailed or left a message -- they are not quick to respond. Then when I do get a response, I'm told they have sold out! I try to order in plenty of time. For a Christmas figurine, I'll order in October. Because of this, I feel that I have missed the opportunity to buy the Lori Mitchell figurine that I wanted, I also have been unable to use my reward points on the items I wanted.

We are a small business of three people, and we try to get back to guests as quickly as we can. For email, you should receive an answer within 48 hours, and this is the best way to get in touch with us. Due to a number of factors, we can't always get to our phone. Trust us when we say we're also disappointed about early sell outs on popular Lori Mitchell figurines. Over the last two years, Lori Mitchell's adorable figures have seen a massive increase in popularity, leading to increased demand, and, often, resulting in pieces selling out as soon as six months before the holiday! Because these items are still handmade and hand painted, production cannot be increased by Lori's team, so we're often not able to reorder or stock more as we get closer to the season. We recommend using our pre-order system to place your orders at least six months in advance. For example, if you'd like to order a Christmas piece, place your order in June. As for your reward points, those have a long shelf life, and a quick email to us can always extend that expiration date out. :)
