I bought a pair of klipsch headsets from another shop some months ago, then there was something wrong with them. An instead of talking with the shop, witch havnt been the best service provider :/ I email klipsch.com And waooo.. not problem there, I gave them all most no info, and wupti they send me a new pair of headphones 100% free of charge, even though I live in Denmark. And not only that, they also filled out the right papers to the customs saying they would pay all danish taxes. Amazing service, would buy more but dont need any more :) Use them ........ Btw the headphones are the best I ever had. Thank you klipsch
