The packaging is beautiful, the knife is gorgeous, the service is great! This is my second knife purchase & I’m just as happy as with the first one. The handles feel so good in my hand, the heft is perfect & they are sharp as all get-out!!! Great addition to my kitchen—I hope to someday have all of them!!!

At first I thought “how good could a company with no phone number be?“ I was wrong. They have promptly answered all my emails about the knives and which ones would be best for our family’s kind of cooking style. Customer service has been above and beyond, like when they reached out to the mail carrier to find a lost knife and sent one out to me right away when the carrier failed. They also created a custom knife bundle. I decently going to get the steak knives as soon as I can find a safe way to store them
