I was disappointed with not being notified that a phone number was needed on order even though my visa was charged on order. After checking on status,was notified of such delaying my gift! The knife was beautiful. Product excellent, service not so.

The ad photograph depicted, beautiful woods of varying colors, a unique trait of this wood … But the actual knife stand I received was a uniform color, so I was disappointed not to see some of the variations in color… After all, that is what prompted me to buy the stand

Having accepted a £30.00 increase (30%) I was also disappointed to find that a sharpener/case was no longer included either. I've now ended up buying a sharpening stone, so total spend £195.00. The knife is lovely but I should have been thrilled after spending £130. Instead I was a little disappointed.

The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me is because thelogo is distractingly large. It was a gift for two of my employees and if I knew how large the logo was, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it. That being said, it’s a very well balanced well made knife.

The knives came as promised. Being damascus steel i expected the knives to look like the pictures as presented...they are not. but the contrast in the steel is pronounced (expected) they came polished to a luster that you would have to look hard to see the variations in the steel.

Solid knife, good weight, sharp for now, but no way is this damascened steel - just a pattern etched by laser - so let's see if it will sharpen later. Feel misled, will not buy again, but it cuts well for now. Despatch time super-fast
