Quality of steel is good, the serrated blade is extremely sharp and cuts through thick crust like butter. Although the steel being damascus is questionable not sure if it is etched or laser. The tang passes the wood handle so there is a sharp edge by the fingers. The wood handle’s are very nice. Overall for the price it is a really nice knife for cutting bread.

Full tang is what I like about the construction, picture looks like it's a textured true folded metal Damascus! And Not an etching!! That's why the 3 stars, they are sharp & llook & fell good! Will see about the longevity!

I bought these knives for a work colleague as a retirement gift. Delivery was prompt and packaging more than adequate. Myself and all my colleagues were very impressed with both the look and feel of these knives. Had I have actually managed to use them for cooking I would probably have given five stars.

Love the knives but the magnetic stand is a little bit unsteady.

Received my order in a few days. The knife and whetstone were very carefully wrapped and packaged. the only issue I have is that they did not provide any instructions for the use of the whetstone in the box, nor a thank you for your purchase like so many retailers include. I had to go to the website and copy the whetstone instructions to save. Inconvenience.

The knives arrived safely. Very well packed. They were a gift for my daughter. The quality is very good. Blades were very sharp. Only quibble is that I wished they were a bit more weight to them.

Everything about the product inside the box was fantastic. The ease of use in the website equally good the only down side I had was due to the box being damaged normally this wouldn't be a problem the it was a gift for a very close friend and so the gift didn't come across as well as I would have liked.
