Firstly I would like to say that until my last order I would have reviewed knockout knucks as a five star rating however I recently ordered a set of thier original heavy brass knuckles they were described as a hard to find heavy brass knuckle and looked amazing in thier image with the plain old skool look and brass they were advertised as being 15 ounces I believe however I received a disgraceful Chinese belt buckle made from lightweight metal certainly not brass this I thought was just a mistake so I attempted to contact them they basically ignored every attempt at opening communication about this the difference in price between the brass knuckle I ordered and the buckle received was huge and after 5 emails to them complaining and asking if I could return the item they continued to ignore me so unfortunately I have not ordered anything else from them since which really if I'm honest has disappointed me as I was until then ordering on average an item every other week from them and held and still hold an account with them but how can I continue to order from them when I can't even be sure I will be receiving the item I am paying for? So my advice for any potential customers is tread carefully they have no customer loyalty and are happy to charge loyal customers for quality expensive items then provide them with crap a sure fire 🔥 way to lose custom in the long run they would have made profits from me consistently however they were happy to just rip me off over a measly few pounds
