This review is no BS. I purchased an item one year ago with no problem. This year I made an order and I was missing 2 of 4 items. I emailed them and because of the holiday season things are slow. So I got annoyed and filed a complaint. But a little too soon. That day I received an email from. The company and the owner apologizing that the 2 items were out of stock. They sent me 2 extremely similar items I choose that cost more. I received my oder completely. Jason and Knockout Knucks are a fantastic company and stand by their word. I removed my complaint that I sent in waaaay to soon, but I was impatient. Thanks, John In NY

I placed my order before reading reviews, which I NEVER EVER do. I was a bit nervous after reading these that I got scammed. Then, 2 days later I got my order!!! I was very happy with what i ordered. Thank you knockout knucks,and Jason. You guys came through. I will DEFINITELY be ordering more.

Ordered 5 items 7/31/22. Received partial order 4 items on 8/6/22. Excellent communication. Item 5 to be shipped later. No worries. Great products thus far!

I had a little trouble contacting the company itself, but I got hold of the owner, Jason Bracht and I spoke with him, he's an honest person very busy, and he did make things right I received my knucks, extremely happy with what I received would definitely use again going through Bracht himself

I ordered a very nice set of knuckle dusters and got an amazing deal as well. I decided after placing the order to check them out which worried the crap out of me after reading a lot of negative reviews. I myself had a great deal. It was shipped to me within a few days and I got exactly what I ordered. Couldn't be happier!!
