Luego de usar un reloj Tank ME ultra por menos de un mes, todas las funciones de medición de salud y de barómetro dejaron de funcionar, así también como una muy rápida descarga de la batería. Luego de contactarme con servicio técnico oficial, me preguntaron por el uso que yo le daba, y al decirles que lo utilizaba en la ducha, me respondieron que ese era el problema ya que el agua caliente perjudicaba el equipo. Al ser un reloj "grado militar" con resistencia IP69K según las especificaciones, el reloj debería soportar condiciones extremas de agua como presión y temperatura de hasta 80°C. Me terminaron dando la razón y que iban a tener en cuenta la falla. PERO NO ME QUISIERON RECONOCER EL PRODUCTO! NO COMPREN ESTE TIPO DE RELOJES QUE SON UN TIMO!

This makes the product unsuitable for anyone who values consistent sport data. In addition, there is no backup or restore functionality. The only solution suggested by support is a factory reset, which permanently deletes all data. This approach does not meet modern user expectations and poses a real risk of data loss. The company has been aware of this issue for more than a year, but no effective solution has been delivered. To make matters worse, negative reviews appear to be filtered or hidden on the company’s own website, even after being successfully published via their review platform. This significantly reduces trust — not only in the product, but also in how user feedback is handled

Watch looks good but maps download always crashes so useless. Power pocket is crap. Both the one I ordered and the replacement failed. Cheep crap basically. Apexmove app also crap, doesnt sync with watch. Restart, updates, all the usual reset stuff. Still doesnt work. Save your money, buy a proper smart watch.

Ich habe einedefekte Smartwatch. Seid 10 Tagen bekomme ich keine Antwort vom Support und auch keine Hilfe. Sehr schlechter Support.

Do not buy this watch after buying two watches bought T2 pretty well for the price. It was good. Then, after ruining it six months, the band support on the watch itself broke. I called Kospet. They were very nice and said they would send me how to return the watch that did not happen but since I thought they were sending the watch, I bought a T3 because it was advertised to do blood pressure. It did not their programming wasn’t complete yet. But that is how they advertised it. Then the T3 got very dim and quit charging until the screen just went black. I contacted Kospet on 7/12/24 , yes 2024. After several videos, finding the order numbers in multiple ways, I’ve showed the problem and they said as soon as I sent those, I could return it. It never happened till last month and order numbers in another video. They said that the cracked lens was the problem and they would not refund the money. It was a screensaver. There is absolutely not a scratch on the screen. Do not buy this watch they will not back it. They will not provide service is my experience. I would appreciate anybody that wanted to contact me. I have emails since July 12, 2024 and the videos and the photos, etc..
