Thanks so much! Really glad to hear Krater is making things easier for you. One of the main reasons we built it was so people don’t have to keep jumping between different tabs and tools just to use different AI models. Appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!

It is very good. You've got so many models to choose from. I can do text, images, videos, code and so much more.

By far a better experience than Galaxi/Magica. I've used Krater due to a recommendation from a personal friend in the corporate design business. I can't tell you how many times I've thanked him for the suggestion. If you have doubts about Krater, what have you really got to lose compared to companies like Galaxi/Magica?

Thank you, Timothy! Word of mouth from happy users means the world to us, and we're glad your friend pointed you our way. We'll keep making sure Krater is the obvious choice. Many thanks :)

Rename a simple text failed each time I requested. I was replace with another name I didn't prompt it for. This is not the app for me. Trying to cancel my service.

Hi Sheila, thank you for leaving this feedback. We want to be transparent – this is something we have never encountered ourselves despite testing Krater continuously on a daily basis, and we have had no similar reports from other users. We would really like to understand your specific case better so we can investigate properly. Please reach out to our support team with as much detail as possible and we will look into it right away.

It is not worth the money. I subscribed to their pro feature and the number of glitches and errors is tremendous. This was just to create a simple presentation and pdf file. Also, I tried their greatest feature which is the multiple portals in one and it turned out to be crab.

Hi Omar, thank you for the honest feedback. We were aware of some issues for a very short period of time and got them fixed as soon as we were made aware – we're sorry you were caught in that window. The experience you described is not up to the standard we hold ourselves to, and we'd love for you to give Krater another try. If anything still feels off, please reach out and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

Was hoping krater would live up to its promises. Such a waste of money. Fails to complete basic tasks regularly. I recommend not wasting your time or money on this garbage.

Hi Jeff, we're sorry to hear this – it's genuinely not the experience we want anyone to have. We take reliability seriously and the issues you've described are not acceptable to us. We've been in touch before and that door is still open. Please reach out directly so we can make this right.

amazing platform! i have been using higgsfield for video and claude for writing and coding, it cost me alot of money to have multible subsciptions but with Krater i get all the features of multiple platforms in one, and for the price of one. 10/10, can really recomend if you are an AI poweruser like myself.

Thank you, Elin! That's exactly the problem Krater was built to solve – one subscription instead of many. Really glad it's working out for you as a power user, and we appreciate the strong recommendation!
