The trike/bike arrived with a broken hubcap so I contacted Kriddo -- They quickly responded saying they would ship a new hubcap ASAP. The replacement arrived quickly and in time for our grandson's birthday. Very helpful customer service -- quick replies and rapid resolution of our problem Also, the bike/trike is very well constructed and should last for many kids

Kriddo is a great company, my daughter received a tricycle for gift in Christmas and was very easy to assemble, months later we lost one of the pieces but I sent an email to the company and they help me very well shipping me a new replacement part, the gave me awesome customer support and very quick. I highly recommend their products.
