I ordered two of the largest beds. One is with older dogs and one is with younger dog, age 6 months to 2 years. The one with the older dogs is in fine shape. The one with they younger dogs is missing two legs, and broke right away. The younger dogs run and jump on it and it is not sufficiently durable to take that. Apparently I can order replacement legs. This is a good bed for older dogs, but I do not reccomend it for young energetic dogs. My dogs are Borzoi and Greyhounds.

The beds themselves are without equal but my customer service/shipping experience was sub-par. Agents did not check in with me with updates about my order (which took well beyond the expected shipping date to even be pulled in the first place--and which seemed, in fact, only to happen at my specific insistence) after repeated appeals to do so.

Really great beds but I hate putting them together. They never go together easily. I am a sweating and swearing mess by the time I’m done. I have bought 11 beds and I’m not buying anymore.

Kuranda makes a great product and their beds are the only ones we use in our dog boarding facilities. I probably own around 200 of them in various sizes. We've never had an issue with them. They responded appropriately with a remedy to a recent incomplete shipment. However, as we were on the threshold of a busy holiday weekend, a lack of urgency in delivering those missing parts was disappointing.

Product is great. Holds up well. Very expensive. Would give a much higher rating other than their customer service SUCKS! Totally ignore communications. If your spending 250 for a dog bed it might be wise to locate someone who will communicate if they mess up your order

The new xl beds I buy with the vinyl covers do not hold up at all the cording has changed from the older beds and pulls out, on comparison, the newer cording is smaller and not as rigid...very disappointed so have to go with the cloth covers(which do not clean up as well) so that I don't go broke on buying new covers

Great engineering. It takes little strength to put this together. I did need help tightening the nuts, but no power tools were needed. The low score comes because the outdoor mesh is coated, so rainwater pools (and in winter freezes) rather than going through the mesh. This significantly increases drying time and makes this a less than useful outdoor winter bed. The fabric is also stretched tight with almost no give: my dog actually prefers the old Coolaroo bed which has a slight give (and is not as well engineered, is much cheaper, and the water flows through so the fabric dries in a more reasonable time).

Customer service is great, however, I was disapointed in that the mesh part of bed tends to sag and has no buoyancy to it. I cant imagine it being comfortable. Also I selected green based on a pic of a bright kelly green photo on kuranda's websight. But it was a dark green on the dull side.
