Positives: quick response, specific info to direct my search, by end a clear understanding of my needs . Negatives: my reading of the website did not always match info given in text exchange. Next time I will insist on talking with an actual person during regular work hrs.

I thought there was a twenty dollar discount on two pairs of shoes, but apparently there was a rule about what types of shoes. I bought a pair of sandals and walking shoes. No discount. I emailed my question immediately after my order was placed. I had to email 2 additional times for a response. I am very pleased with my first pair as they relieved the plantar fasciitis in my foot, so I figured I buy another pair and the sandals. My opinion is the multi pair discount should be honored on any two pairs because of the cost of the shoes overall.

We understand how frustrating it is to expect a multi-pair discount and then discover that the promotion applies only to specific styles. The Add and Save offer at checkout is currently specific to our MOMENT sandals: one pair receives $10 off, and two pairs receive $20 off. Since your order did not include MOMENT sandals, the promotion did not apply. We appreciate your feedback that multi-pair savings should extend across styles and will be sure to pass that along. We're also sorry for the delay in responding to your emails. We see that your first message was sent on Saturday, September 5, during the Labor Day holiday weekend. Our team was closed for the holiday and responded when we reopened on Tuesday, September 8. We understand that waiting through additional follow-ups was frustrating, and we apologize that we weren't able to respond sooner. We do want to make sure you're aware that every KURU purchase earns 5% back in KURU Cash, our store credit program. In fact, because you ordered during our Labor Day promotion, you earned 15% back instead of the standard 5%. Their shoes are nice but in one of my orders, I got a used shoe and so they’re working on fixing the issue, but I am waiting on them to respond to my email again. Overall, so far so good. Just don’t reuse shoes and call them new, when they’re not.

We do not sell used shoes as new, so this was a human error on our end, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience it caused. Good shoes, but I wish the company made their insole replacement policy clear. Is it really free insoles for life? How often, once a year?

Our replacement insole program is designed to help you get the most out of your KURU shoes for as long as you're wearing them. While there isn't a strict annual limit, we typically provide replacement insoles as needed, usually one set per pair at a time. For example, if you've had your shoes for several years and need a fresh set of insoles periodically, we're happy to help. Any of our GURUs would be glad to explain the program in more detail by email, phone, chat, or text whenever you have questions.

I asked the Kuru AI about inventory. The answer was relevant but the alternative recommendation was for a slip on sneaker not a sandal.

While our Shoe Finder can be helpful for general guidance, it is still a tool and cannot fully replicate human insight when it comes to fit, feel, and specific product needs like sandals versus sneakers.
