Replying to your reply. Just to clarify, I did not REFUSE to do Zoom, I was having some issues and wanted to know if there was another option if needed. You said the 20% cancellation fee was standard practice. (cancelled just 5 minutes later) This is untrue and has nothing to do with honoring my expectations. You should honor providing a full refund instead of giving a long speech to cover yourself. All this for $10.00? Very unprofessional.

yes you did refuse Zoom & indicated you want to use Microsoft even though website clearly indicates classes via Zoom. You maintained a hostile demeanor through all efforts to assist you. I was surprised observe such hostility from a university level teacher (as ID'd on your email signature). I am glad most students & nurses find our services to be great. It was inevitable that an unhappy client would eventually appear. Thank you for the opportunity to clarify our policies with those who may come across your review.
