From check in to labdraw. Everything was smooth. My lab tech Nyasha Wilkins was very professional. Her technique was smooth and polished. Her room was spotless! She changed gloves between procedures. Universal precautions at its highest!!! Can I give 10 stars?

I arrived 15 minutes early for an appointment, signed in, waited patiently as 8 people who came in after me were taken back. We in the lobby could hear that someone had passed out, and we could hear staff yelling at him and berating him for not telling them he would pass out. At 10:30, the next time a nurse came out, I explained I’d had an appointment at 10:15, had been waiting, and others had been in and out before me. The nurse got rude with me and told me to “sit down, be patient, and wait my turn” and that these other people had appointments too. After 3 more people were taken back, I finally left. I would not trust these people to stick anything in my arm after seeing how they treat people.

I've been calling to make my payment over the phone and just as I get to where I get to pay with debit the voice comes on saying that at this moment they can not process my payment, they're having issues with their service processing it, call back at a later date. Actually the employees don't want to work they want you to do it on their website and I'm not going to make the payment on the website!!

Labcorp is one of the most heinous monopolys around. I got double charged after purchasing labs through a 3rd party site that also uses labcorp (that makes total sense). Just another example of the tyrannical healthcare system in the US. This level of greed and horrific lack of humanity will not be tolerated forever. The world will awaken and these corporations will fall. We're over it and the ceo's will be the last to realize what is coming.

LabCorp did not pick up the blood even with confirmation .it was sitting in the box for a week baking in the sun .when I call the girl was rude and hung up on me.Next week they're losing our account.

Somebody asked, “Why did you leave Labcorp?” I didn’t take a day off/leave or Vacation the 1st year and at the beginning of the New Year #LabCorpHR said “I Forfeited” my PTO, and when talking to Human Resources, I was told to “look up” their policy! and… you have to give them a 3 months notice if you want time off… So finding out at the end of the year, you have to use your PTO or lose it(in Dec) is fukd uppp! Oh and working alone when you’re co worker is late or absent because they don’t have anyone to send! Having people in-office/walk in… like @Labcorp expected me to see a patient every 5 minutes! I will never work for them again! Also, it’s like… the days my co worker came in late/ me telling my supervisor to “No one available” to come to my site was retaliation because I spoke up about my co worker who’s supposed to in @8am, but not showing up until 10am! Another thing, I was @werk on time, I had my supervisor call me, asking if I was @werk… the Manager from @Medstar, called her to say I wasn’t there… whole time… after a few patients’ I was in the BATHROOM! Like I can’t use the restroom… 🤦🏽‍♂️ One or #2 of the worst jobs! Like, I’m not getting paid per PATIENT! @Labcorp!

Sat in the lobby for well over an hour today to have a lab drawn that should have been drawn 2 weeks ago when I came in to have all my labs drawn. Will be using quest from now on and the front desk receptionist gets an attitude when you ask why it is taking so long to be be seen a whole lobby full of people called back before me when I’ve been sitting an hour and their just walking in
