Jeff, Thank you for your business. We love being the "go to" place for all things lacrosse in our area and on the internet. We like to think that we're the neighborhood store, no matter where a customer lives. Please let us know the next time you need lacrosse gear. Thanks again.

I have yet to receive these, I paid for extra shipping. I have not received an email back regarding my concerns

Katherine, Thank you for shopping with us. We are sorry that our order didn't arrive as quickly as you wished. I see that it has been delivered as of yesterday. It looks like you placed the order on a Saturday and we had it processed for shipment that same day. But UPS doesn't pick up on weekends. You selected ground service which is usually delivered within 5 days, but isn't guaranteed. Unfortunately in the case of your package it took an extra couple of days to make it all the way across the country. I suspect the severe storms that are affecting a large part of the US slowed the progress a little bit. But I'm not sure what else we could have done on our end, we packaged your order the same day and shipped it out on the next business day. After that, it was completely out of our hands. But again I am sorry that you were not pleased with the service you received from us specifically. Thank you.
