There was a mix up in my order and I found it necessary to cancel it. It took a day for them to get back with me but Pete at Lacrosse Fanatics was extremely apologetic and went overboard to make things right. My account was credited in full and they told me to keep the product I ordered!! Will definitely do business with them again!

Gail, We apologize that we missed your message, however I can see that your payment was refunded in full and you were told you could keep the item as it has already been shipped out. As you can see by our several hundred 5 star reviews, our customer service is typically very high, but every once in a while even the best have a failure. I am sorry that it happened on your order. But I hope that receiving the full refund and the item will remedy this issue for you.

This is my second order with Lacrosse Fanatic. I placed the order this morning and already received shipping notification. The first order they altered for me after I called and requested the change with no problems. They will be my go to from now on.
