I think this internship is a great introduction to the real world. This internship being online also makes meetings super convenient since everything is online. This program is really good at pacing things and the abundance of companies is makes it a really welcoming place for everyone.

It is a great way for students to show their passion about their field and a great way to meet new people in the same field who can help you learn more. It also helps you with your college application as having a internship before joining college is a huge deal

So far into this internship and I am liking it alot. As a person who thought being a high school intern would be hard, Ladder Internship makes it very easy on the interns. I would also definitely recommend for any high school students, who are looking for internships.

So far, I have greatly enjoyed my experience with Ladder Internships. The managers and mentors are very approachable and give great advice, and the projects I am doing feel substantial - it really feels like I am contributing something to the companies I am working for. I would definitely recommend it for any high school students looking for internships throughout the year.

Working with the team and manager that Ladder Internship assigned me to has been an incredible experience! Through working to come up with new ideas for products and learning about different processes and parts of a startup, many different pathways that I didn’t previously know about have opened up to me!

As of now, I am halfway through my internship experience. So far, it has been incredible, especially considering how difficult it is to intern as a high school student. I have learned more about the field I am interested in through my intern experience and am extremely grateful for this opportunity.

As a current High school student it is very difficult for me to find places to intern for that is tailored to my interests. However, with ladder internship I was able to intern for a company that suits my interests and gain so many valuable skills, like creating an advertisement. Moreover, I got to explore my interests throughout the process of being an intern. My manager and team are all super supportive and nice and my fellow interns and I work so well together. Ladder has definitely given me a once in a lifetime experience in high school and I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be an intern under the ladder program.
