The product is gritty and not the same as usual. Honestly, it’s going in the trash. Very disappointed

Shipping is outrageously expensive and then Lammes ships it UPS ‘Ground’ shipping. Ridiculous.

Paid $30 in just shipping after buying a $27 box of chocolates.. just to find out the chocolates weren't shipped until 6 days AFTER the order was placed. Asked for a refund and got absolutely no response. Very disappointing.

Had a bad experience with preorder. I am long time customer and preorder every time! Highlighted issue to management and they did mot seem to appreciate this long term customer! So as much as I love the candy will no longer be a good vistas in the past! Very disappointed in the customer service.

Hi Melinda, We regret that you forgot to pick up your pre-order. Multiple attempts were made to remind you of the pick up deadline (via email reminder & a phone call). Because our chocolate covered strawberries are perishable, made-to-order confections, we must consistently stand by our pre-order policy (which is stated online, and in your pickup reminder). Unless an emergency occurs, refunds are not offered for orders not picked up. Our policy is consistent with others in the food business. We do apologize for the disappointment and appreciate your understanding.

Hi Ann, There was some delay because it was too warm here in Texas to ship the Longhorns, but we received a cool front and can confirm that your order shipped yesterday! If you did not receive an email with your tracking number, please contact us at either 512-310-1885 or [email protected]. Thank you! Lammes Candies Customer Service

I placed my order via the web and got a conformation with the order number, saying as soon as payment was received, the order would be completed. I waited a week, and hadn't heard anything or seen the product, so I sent a message via the web 3 days ago, and still have not heard back from them. order # 11501

Hi Brian, Thank you for the opportunity to look into this. It appears when you placed your order online, the requested ship date was selected for November 5, 2020. We've confirmed with our shipping department that we did ship the order today, and you should have received your tracking details. We know the "ship date" verbiage is a source of confusion and we're currently working with our developers on some checkout updates. We regret the frustration this has caused and would love to discuss how we can make this right. Our Mail Order folks can be reached at 512-310-1885 Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST. Thank you Brian! Lammes Candies Customer Service
