Hi Jorge, thanks for the opportunity to look into this! It appears that you placed the order on Feb. 4 at 12:52 PM and we shipped it the following day on the 5th. Our website Shipping page states that most orders placed after 8 AM CST will be processed and shipped the following day. Looking at the tracking information, we do see that the UPS driver could not deliver the package on the 1st attempt, which unfortunately led to a delay that was out of our hands since we are not the courier. That being said, if you ever run into any issues with UPS, we are always available to assist in any way we can! The tracking information does show that the package was delivered, so if there are any issues with your product or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (512) 310-1885 or e-mail us at [email protected].
