I cancelled my service within 14 days but they continued to charge my card. No easily accessible customer service. Avoid this company

Hi there, Craig! We definitely understand the concern here. Our Support team was actually able to locate three accounts associated with your name, which is likely the issue here. If you could please reach out to our Support team at [email protected], they'd be happy to locate the account corresponding with that charge and further assist!

If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 weeks ago I signed up for Leadpages, spent 10 hours working on the site, and linked my domain to Leadpages. The next day my account was banned for absolutely no reason (I created a very simple agency landing page), I was unable to remove my billing info, and my domain was showing a broken screen to clients and my team. I contacted customer service who told me to contact a legal team who STILL haven't replied in 12 days. So I have spent also 2 weeks waiting for a reply with a broken website. I'm now taking my business elsewhere however moving a server to another host can take days or even weeks!! Plus I can't see my "banned" site so I have to re-create the entire site again. So I have wasted weeks of business and have still been given NO reason as to why. Genuinely the worst service I've ever received. To anyone reading PLEASE pay the extra money for a better service and avoid Leadpages at all costs.

I love Leadpages. The support I have received is always professional and timely. Help is offered for both the seasoned and the beginner willingly. You can ask questions and are given answers to improve your page, which will lead to conversion. As long as you are a member of Leadpages, you have access to valuable videos/replays and information provided on the platform.

I've used LeadPages for over a year and love the user interface! It's super easy to create beautiful, responsive pages and integrate all the automations that keep my lead gen running smoothly. The metrics are straight forward and very helpful too! I've been through several landing page options, and would definitely recommend LeadPages as the cream of the crop.

Unethical Company That Will Rob You. I discovered yesterday that lead pages has been charging me past my free trial cancelation. Because even though I canceled they never deactivated my account and kept charging my card without giving notice of the charges or notice of the charge being made so for the past 8 months or so they have been charging 50/mo to my account. I contacted live support and they refused to refund all of the charges, they also cite their terms and conditions consistently even though they are breaking FTC consumer guidelines, and if you are in the state of CA ARL which essentially all notes how you must get a notice before automatic renewals. this company does not follow that and will take your money without asking you or letting you know, then not refund you. Make sure to get proof of your notice of cancellation of the account, this is what bit me since I cannot prove I canceled past the free trial since they failed then, and now after all of this to send me an email notice of cancellation of my account yet I have gotten numerous marketing emails throughout this time I didn't get any notice of renewal, a notice of the charge, or notice of cancellation. They are here to take your money and not give it back do NOT use them,

Hi there, I can certainly understand the frustration in paying for something you were not making use of! We only charge after a free trial if the account is not cancelled prior to the free trial per the terms of the trial itself. The cancellation notice is provided in the app itself when you process the cancellation steps to end your subscription. I can see that we have recommended getting in touch with our legal team who would be happy to respond to any concerns you have over our Terms of Service and how these work with consumer guidelines. If you have already reached out, they will be in touch shortly! Sincerely, The Leadpages Team

I have tried many different websites / landing pages and online subscription based services in the past and it's the first time I do not get refunded for not cancelling my subscription before the 14 days trial. It's especially frustrating as I've used it for less than a day and realised that the features I was looking for were not offered by Leadpages.com I never received an invoice via email either so they are probably hoping it gets lost within your bank statement. Will not use again and do not recommend using them. Lots of other great providers that keep business ethical.

Hi Anthony, I can certainly understand getting billed for a service you are no longer using is not a pleasant experience. We definitely strive to make our pricing very clear on our website and durning the sign up process. We also do send our reminders to email when the trial is ending and we do post renewal dates and pricing in all accounts. We only charge after a free trial if the account is not cancelled prior to the free trial per the terms of the free trial. We would love to look into this for you. If you have not already, please do reach out to our support team at [email protected], and they’ll help find a resolution for you. Sincerely, The Leadpages Team

Great support, questions answered correctly. Videos sent to guide the user through making their lead pages operational. I only wish you had 24/7 support for those of us who work on our businesses after our regular full-time job. I believe it would help us keep moving forward on a timely basis, and help us achieve our goals.
