Leadpages has a full featured suite of services that makes my landing pages set up easy. Lot of features including hosting, unlimited page views, and a can't miss popup called alert bar. They have very responsive customer service and a bunch of excellent training resources, so overall is a very good experience

Company asks for credit card information before providing any value. I want to see what you have before I buy. Your free offer is nonsense if I'm giving you a credit card only to later potentially cancel with difficulty getting through to your "service department". I've seen this type of bs time and time again and it ain't gonna happen again. Not a good way to do business folks. The company’s reply reiterated what I already know. You don’t need a method of payment on file if you truly have a great product. If that’s the case, then the customer can provide their credit card info after the trial period. If you guys followed that plan, you’d be much more successful. I recently dealt with another software company, they allowed me a 30 day trial and when it was done, I gave them my credit card and now I’m a customer. Change your process as I stated and I may become one of your customers but if you stick to your current plan of wanting a credit card number before allowing me to see your platform’s interface and capabilities you can be sure I’ll never be a customer.

Hello Al, As mentioned when you start a free trial, it is required currently to place a method of payment on your account to begin. However, you are not charged during the trial and only see a charge if the account is not cancelled prior to the end of that free trial period. That said, thank you kindly for sharing your feedback. I have loved working with LeadPages! They always provide the best customer service, especially for a non-techi older entrepreneur who still needs help with technology here and there. Their website builder is fantastic, and when I get stuck, they'll even make a video for me to follow. Not to mention, I don't need to worry about the updates, and the price you just can't beat! Really a great experience!

I really liked the templates but after slightly customizing one I got banned. Asked the support for help and they told me to contact the legal team (I did and got no answer to this day). Made a second account, wasted a bit more time customizing again the template and got banned again.
